Change plan

Upgrade your plan

When you switch to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. From that moment on, you have access to all the features and limits of the new plan.

What happens to your credits when upgrading

When you upgrade, Aura automatically calculates credits fairly:

  • Your unused credits from the previous plan are preserved.
  • You are assigned prorated new credits based on the time remaining in the current billing period.
  • The payment is also adjusted proportionally: you only pay the difference for the remaining days in the period.

For example, if you upgrade halfway through the month, you’ll pay only half the price difference and receive half the additional credits of the new plan. The credits you hadn’t used from your previous plan are added to the total.

Downgrade your plan

When you switch to a lower plan, the change does not take effect immediately. It is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.

This means:

  • You continue to enjoy all the features of your current plan until the period ends.
  • When billing renews, the lower plan will automatically activate.
  • You can cancel the scheduled downgrade at any time before it takes effect by clicking Keep current plan.

When downgrading, some of your agents may be automatically deactivated if the new plan has a lower limit on active agents. Review the new plan’s limits before confirming the change.
