Connect your favorite tools
Integrations let you connect Aura with other apps and services you already use in your business. This way, your agent can sync information, send messages, and manage reservations directly with your existing tools.
What you can achieve with integrations
Sync Aura reservations with Google Calendar to keep all your appointments in one place.
Connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram, or Gmail so your agent can handle messages from those channels.
Integrate with HubSpot to sync customer data and manage business relationships.
Connect Shopify to integrate your online store with Aura’s customer service.
Integration limits
The maximum number of integrations you can connect per agent depends on your subscription plan. You can see your current limit in the Integrations section.
If you reach your plan’s integration limit, you can upgrade your subscription to add more. Go to Profile > Plans to see the available options.
How to find integrations
Go to the Integrations section from your agent’s sidebar. You’ll see two areas:
- Created Integrations: the integrations you’ve already set up.
- Available Integrations: all the integrations you can connect, organized in a catalog with a search bar and category filters (Messages, Reservations, Analytics, Other).
If you can’t find the integration you need, you can use the Request Integration option to suggest new connections.
