The calendar
Your schedule at a glance
The calendar gives you a visual view of all your reservations, organized by time. It’s the quickest way to see how your schedule looks and manage day-to-day appointments.
To access the calendar, click on the corresponding section in your agent’s side menu.
Available views
The calendar offers three different views so you can see your schedule with the level of detail you need:
Shows all reservations for a single day, hour by hour. Ideal for seeing the details of your current workday.
Shows reservations for the entire week, with columns organized by day. Useful for planning the full week ahead.
Shows a general overview of the month with reservations summarized on each day. Perfect for spotting busy or slow days.
You can switch between views using the buttons at the top of the calendar. You can also use the Today button to quickly jump back to the current day.
Color codes
Each service has an assigned color that is reflected in the calendar. This lets you identify at a glance what type of service each reservation is for without needing to open it.
Colors are configured when creating or editing each service in the services section.
Create a reservation from the calendar
The fastest way to create a reservation is to click directly on an empty slot in the calendar. When you do:
- The reservation creation form will open with the selected date and time already filled in.
- You just need to fill in the remaining details (customer, service, etc.).
- Confirm, and the reservation will appear directly on the calendar.
Creating reservations by clicking on the calendar is especially convenient in day or week view, where you can see exactly which time slots are available.
Quick access to resources and services
From the calendar you can go directly to your resource and service settings through quick-access shortcuts. This lets you quickly modify a schedule or configuration without leaving the calendar view.
Set up schedules from the calendar
The Schedule button on the calendar gives you direct access to availability settings. From there you can:
- Configure your business’s general availability (basic mode).
- Modify the schedule for a specific resource (advanced mode).
- Modify the schedule for a specific service (advanced mode).
In basic mode, the schedule button takes you directly to the agent’s availability settings. In advanced mode, you can choose between configuring general availability, a resource’s schedule, or a service’s schedule.
