Manage payment methods

Payments in Aura are processed through Stripe, a secure and widely used payment platform. To manage your payment methods, Aura redirects you to the Stripe portal where you can:

  • Add a new credit or debit card
  • Update existing card details
  • Remove a payment method you no longer use

How to access the payment portal

Go to Billing

Navigate to Profile > Billing and usage.

Open the portal

Click the Manage subscription or View in Stripe button in the current plan section. The Stripe portal will open in a new window.

Manage your methods

Within the Stripe portal you can add, modify, or remove your payment methods. Changes will apply automatically.

You need at least one active payment method if you have an active subscription or auto-recharge enabled. Without a payment method, automatic charges will fail.

Invoices

All invoices generated by your subscriptions and top-ups are available through the Stripe portal. From there you can download each invoice in PDF format.

Transaction history

In Profile > Billing and usage, go to the Transactions tab to view a detailed history of all account activity:

  • Usage: credit consumption from calls and messages
  • Manual top-up: balance top-ups made by you
  • Automatic top-up: balance top-ups made automatically
  • Subscription payment: monthly plan charges
  • Refund: balance refunds
  • Adjustment: corrections made to your account

Each transaction shows its status (Pending, Completed, Failed, or Canceled) and the corresponding amount.

Review the transaction history periodically to keep track of your account spending and catch any unexpected charges.
