Go to Profile > Plans to see a comparison of all available plans. Each plan shows its price, included features, and usage limits.
What each plan includes
Each Aura plan offers different levels of functionality and limits. The main differences between plans are:
Features
Depending on your plan, you’ll have access to different capabilities:
- Advanced analytics: detailed statistics on your agent’s performance
- Priority support: preferred assistance when you need help
- Custom branding: visual customization of the agent with your brand identity
- Premium voices: access to higher-quality voices for calls
- Activate agent: ability to put your agent into operation
Limits
Each plan sets maximum limits in several areas:
- Members per agent: how many people can collaborate on a single agent
- Storage: space available for the knowledge base (in GB)
- Simultaneous calls: how many calls your agent can handle at the same time
- Integrations: how many external tools you can connect
Monthly credits
All plans include a number of monthly credits that renew with each billing cycle. These credits are consumed by the calls and messages your agent handles.
If the credits included in your plan aren’t enough, you can top up additional credits from your wallet. See the Balance and credits guide for more information.
Your current plan
On the plans page, your active plan is marked as Current plan. You can see the features it includes and compare with other plans to decide if you need a change.
Trial period
When you subscribe for the first time, you may have access to a trial period that lets you try all the plan’s features at no cost. During this period you’ll see a notice indicating you’re on a trial.
