In addition to Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Gmail, Aura offers integrations with other platforms to extend your agent’s capabilities.

Shopify

Connect your Shopify store with Aura to integrate e-commerce with customer service.

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Integrations in your agent’s sidebar.

Find Shopify

Locate Shopify in the available integrations and click Connect.

Authorize access

Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Shopify store.

Configure

Adjust the sync settings to suit your needs.

HubSpot

Integrate HubSpot to sync customer data between Aura and your CRM.

Find HubSpot

Locate HubSpot in the available integrations and click Connect.

Authorize access

Sign in with your HubSpot account and authorize the connection.

Configure

Define how customer data syncs between both platforms.

Fourvenues

Connect Fourvenues if you manage a nightlife venue, restaurant, or event space. This integration lets you sync reservations and venue management.

Locate Fourvenues in the available integrations and click Connect.

Enter credentials

Enter your Fourvenues account credentials (API Key or username and password, as applicable).

Configure

Adjust the reservation sync and update frequency.

If you can’t find the integration you need, you can request it directly from Aura:

  1. Go to the Integrations section.
  2. Look for the Request Integration option at the bottom of the available integrations.
  3. Tell us which tool you’d like to connect and we’ll review it for future releases.
