Activate calls

Prerequisites

Before activating calls, make sure you meet these three requirements:

  • Verified phone number: Your agent must have a verified phone number in its settings.
  • Active subscription: You need an active subscription plan that includes calls.
  • Available balance: Your account must have available credits (included in your plan or topped up manually).

How to activate calls

Go to Agent Settings

Navigate to Agent Settings from the side menu in your dashboard.

Open the Agent section

Inside the settings, select the Agent section to view the virtual assistant options.

Find the Calls section

Scroll down until you find the Calls section. Here you will see the toggle to enable or disable the service.

Turn on the toggle

Press the Calls toggle to activate the voice agent. The toggle will switch to the active position.

Forward your calls

Once activated, you will see the phone number where you need to forward your calls. Set up call forwarding on your mobile phone to that number.

Turning calls on or off does not erase your configuration. You can temporarily disable the service and re-enable it without losing your voice, conversation flow, or pronunciation settings.

Plan limits

If you have reached the maximum number of agents with an active assistant allowed by your plan, you will see a notice informing you. In that case, you will need to upgrade your plan to activate calls on additional agents.
