You can combine multiple automations to create a complete communication flow. For example: instant confirmation when the booking is created, a reminder 24 hours before, and a thank-you message 2 hours after the visit.

General tips

  • Don’t overwhelm your customers: Avoid setting up too many automations that send messages in quick succession. Two or three messages per booking is usually enough.
  • Always personalize: Use variables in your templates so each message feels tailored to the customer.
  • Test before activating: Create a test booking to verify that the automation triggers correctly and the message arrives as expected.
  • Check the timezone: Make sure your agent’s timezone is correctly configured so scheduled messages go out at the right time.
