Why merge customers

Sometimes the same person may appear as multiple customers in your list. This can happen, for example, when someone calls from one number and then messages from another. The merge feature lets you combine those profiles into a single one, keeping all information organized.

How to merge customers

Enable selection mode

In the Customers section, click the Select button at the top.

Select the customers to merge

Click the cards of the customers you want to combine. Select at least two customers.

Click Merge

Once selected, click the Merge button that appears in the action bar.

Choose the primary customer

A window will open showing the selected customers. Choose which one will be the primary customer — this is the one that will be kept. The others will be removed and all their information (reservations, calls, messages) will be linked to the primary customer.

Confirm the merge

Review the result and click Merge to complete the process.

Merging is irreversible. The secondary customers will be permanently deleted and all their data will be transferred to the primary customer. Make sure you select the correct primary customer before confirming.

What happens to the data

When you merge customers:

  • All reservations, calls, messages, and support tickets are linked to the primary customer.
  • The name and contact details of the primary customer are preserved.
  • The secondary customers are removed from your list.
