Personal data and security

Personal information

Go to Profile > General to view and edit your personal details. The available fields are:

  • Full name: your name as it appears on the platform
  • Phone number: your contact phone number
  • Date of birth: your date of birth
  • Gender: male or female

To update any field, simply change the value and the changes will save automatically.

Profile picture

You can upload a profile picture that will appear next to your name on the platform. Click the image area to select a photo from your device.

Change password

Go to the Security section

Navigate to Profile > General and find the Security section.

Click Edit

Click the Edit button next to the password field.

Enter your new password

Type your new password and re-enter it in Confirm password to make sure there are no typos.

Save

Click save to apply the change. You’ll see a message confirming the password has been updated successfully.

Your new password must meet the minimum security requirements: minimum length and character combination. The system will let you know if the chosen password doesn’t meet the requirements.

Change email address

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, the process requires a security verification. A verification code will be sent to the new email address to confirm you have access to it.

Changing your email address affects your login. Make sure you have access to the new email before making the change.
