Add people to your team

You can invite other people to help you manage your agent. Each member you invite will be able to access the agent and perform the actions you allow based on their role and permissions.

How to invite a new member

Go to the Users section

Navigate to Agent Settings > Users.

Enter the email address

In the Email field, type the email address of the person you want to invite.

Select the role

In the Role field, choose the role for the new member. The available roles are:

  • Manager: can edit the agent and its settings.
  • Member: can use the agent but cannot edit it.
  • Custom: you can define specific permissions for this user.

Send the invitation

Click Send invitation. If the person already has an Aura account, they’ll receive a notification to join your agent. If they don’t have an account, they’ll receive an invitation by email.

Wait for acceptance

The invited member will appear in the users table with a Pending status until they accept the invitation. Once accepted, their status will change to Active.

Member limits

The maximum number of members you can have on an agent depends on your subscription plan. If you reach the limit, you’ll see a notice indicating that you need to upgrade your plan to invite more people.

Only the agent owner can upgrade the subscription plan. If you’re a member and need more people invited, contact the agent owner.

What if the person doesn’t have an account

If you invite someone who doesn’t have an Aura account yet, they’ll receive an email with instructions to sign up. Once their account is created, they can accept the invitation and access the agent.
