Manage customers
Your customers are created automatically
With Aura, you don’t need to add customers manually. Every time someone calls or sends a message to your agent, a customer profile is automatically created with their information. This means your customer list grows naturally as people interact with your business.
The customers view
Go to the Customers section from the sidebar. You’ll see a card-based view where each card represents a customer with the following details:
- Name of the customer
- First contact and Last contact: when they first and last communicated with your agent
- Phone: the customer’s phone number
- Reservations: how many reservations they have
- Calls: how many calls they’ve made
- Spending: the total amount spent by that customer
The list is displayed in pages of 12 customers. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
Search for a customer
Use the search bar at the top of the section to find customers by name or phone number. Results filter in real time as you type.
Edit a customer
Delete a customer
Deleting a customer is irreversible. Their profile and all associated information will be permanently removed.
Delete multiple customers at once
You can also select multiple customers at once by clicking the Select button and checking the desired cards. Then click Delete to remove them all in one go.
